OBCL Ltd share price declined by 0.79% to Rs 56.49. The Company`s net profit surged by 251.24% to Rs 4.25 crore, while revenue from operations gained 11.63% to Rs 91.95 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, nosediving by 48.08% YoY and tumbling by 280.00% sequentially. Total expenses went up by 11.87% to Rs 91.31 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.86 crore, inching up 2.76% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 2.47% to Rs 347.21 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 438.96% to Rs 7.83 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 815% to Rs 2.77 crore, and PBT tanked by 298.34% to Rs 7.16 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 13.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 15.1 crore in FY25. OBCL Ltd fell 5.85% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 13.45% during the same period.
