Indus Finance announced that the 35th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 10 July 2025.

Indus Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 6%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Indus Finance rose 1725.00% to Rs 1.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 457.84% to Rs 5.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 86.11% to Rs 2.01 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
