E2E Networks Limited announced that its board of directors approved raising funds up to Rs 1500 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement, rights offering, or other mechanisms, and scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting for September 28, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. (IST).

E2E Networks Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved and granted 5,45,000 stock options to eligible employees under the E2E Networks Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2021, which will result in the issuance of 5,45,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
