Hariom Pipe Industries Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Rupesh Kumar Gupta as Managing Director for three consecutive years, effective January 8, 2027, and the appointment of Mr. Shailesh Kumar Gupta as Joint Managing Director for three consecutive years, effective September 2, 2026, both subject to member approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The board also approved remuneration revisions for directors Mr. Ansh Golas, Mrs. Sunita Gupta, and Mr. Soumen Bose, pending shareholder approval, and convened the 19th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026.

The board also approved remuneration revisions for Whole-time Director Mr. Ansh Golas and Non-Executive Directors Mrs. Sunita Gupta and Mr. Soumen Bose, pending shareholder approval, and scheduled the 19th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026.

Hariom Pipe Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Hariom Pipe Industries has allotted 15 lakh convertible warrants of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 343.03 per warrant on preferential basis to promoter and promoter group. The company has received 25% of the issue price i.e. Rs 12.86 crore.

Hariom Pipe Industries announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 16 June 2026.
