Hariom Pipe Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Hariom Pipe Industries has allotted 15 lakh convertible warrants of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 343.03 per warrant on preferential basis to promoter and promoter group. The company has received 25% of the issue price i.e. Rs 12.86 crore.

Hariom Pipe Industries announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 16 June 2026.

Hariom Pipe Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity Share (i.e. 7.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Hariom Pipe Industries rose 74.59% to Rs 30.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 26.91% to Rs 507.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 399.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 22.65% to Rs 75.71 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 61.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 22.84% to Rs 1666.95 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1357.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
