Softtech Engineers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
