Hardwyn India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Eakam Sayal as an Additional Director with effect from August 29, 2026, subject to approval at the company`s Annual General Meeting; Mr. Sayal will serve as a Non-executive and Non-independent Director.

Hardwyn India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Hardwyn India announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 3 July 2026.

Net profit of Hardwyn India rose 84.41% to Rs 3.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 25.22% to Rs 57.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 45.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 17.63% to Rs 13.21 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.27% to Rs 199.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 184.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
