AKI India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 16, 2026, to September 23, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of the 32nd Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of August 28, 2026.

Net profit of AKI India rose 383.33% to Rs 0.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
