Indo US Bio Tech Ltd. announced that its board met on Saturday, September 5, 2026, and approved the calling of its 22nd Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, to be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and appointed M/s. Bhagat & Associates as statutory auditors for five years from the conclusion of the meeting, subject to member approval. The company also appointed M/s. Amrish Gandhi & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process, and declared a book closure from September 23, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
