Interise Trust announced that the concession period for its Special Purpose Vehicle, Krishnagiri Thopur Toll Road Private Limited, concluded on August 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM IST, according to a regulatory filing. The conclusion follows the concession agreement signed between Krishnagiri Thopur Toll Road Private Limited and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), resulting in the handover of toll collection revenues and other project aspects to NHAI.

Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, the investment manager to Interise Trust, announced that its Investment and Finance Committee has approved the issuance of commercial papers in one or more tranches up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 1,800 crores.

Interise Trust, acting through its investment manager Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, confirmed adherence to SEBI regulations and use of proceeds from the issue of commercial papers for disclosed purposes as of June 30, 2026, according to a certificate filed with the BSE Limited. The trust issued 34,542 unsecured, listed, rated commercial papers with a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each on June 3, 2026, with a discount rate of 7.80% and a maturity date of September 2, 2026.

Interise Trust will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.
