Interise Trust announced that the 8th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 July 2026.

Interise Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 1.25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Interise Trust reported to Rs 53.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 54.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.97% to Rs 906.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 880.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 42.15 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 71.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.61% to Rs 3566.87 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3476.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
