The statement includes details such as ISIN numbers, issuance and maturity dates, coupon rates, and amounts outstanding for securities including INE790Z07061, INE790Z07079, INE790Z07095, INE790Z07087, INE790Z07103, INE790Z14067, with outstanding amounts totaling Rs 1,02,768.75 lakhs, Rs 1,00,304.26 lakhs, Rs 50,000.00 lakhs, Rs 73,700.00 lakhs, Rs 50,000.00 lakhs, and Rs 1,73,630.00 lakhs respectively.

Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to Interise Trust, will close its trading window for dealing in securities from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Interise Trust, acting through its investment manager Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, confirmed it utilized proceeds from the issuance of commercial papers for the purposes stated in its letter of offer dated August 27, 2026, and adhered to listing conditions as specified by SEBI in its circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS -PoD/P/CIR/2025/0000000137 dated October 15, 2025. The trust issued 34,726 unsecured, listed, and rated commercial papers with a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each, an issue price of Rs 4,97,352.50 per commercial paper, a discount rate of 6.70%, and a maturity date of October 1, 2026.
