Interise Trust, formerly INDINFRAVIT TRUST, has received credit ratings of IND AAA with a ‘Stable’ outlook from India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) for its existing and proposed non-convertible debentures, as well as an issuer rating of IND AAA with a ‘Stable’ outlook. The ratings agency affirmed the existing rating and assigned a new rating for the proposed issuance, which includes a reduction in the outstanding amount of non-convertible debentures from Rs 20,750 crore to Rs 20,500 crore.

Interise Trust announced that the concession period for its Special Purpose Vehicle, Western Andhra Tollways Private Limited, concluded on September 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The conclusion follows a concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a 4-lane road project on NH-44 in Telangana, and toll collection revenues have been handed over to NHAI, with the Project SPV initiating the process of transferring other project aspects and obtaining a vesting certificate.

Interise Trust announced it has made a full repayment of commercial papers with ISIN INE790Z14059, amounting to Rs 1727,10,00,000, on September 2, 2026, as per details disclosed to the BSE Limited. The trust redeemed 34,542 commercial papers, with no outstanding amount remaining, in compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations and applicable regulations.

Interise Trust announced that its Investment and Finance Committee, managed by Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, has allotted 34,726 unsecured, listed, rated commercial papers with a face value of Rs 5 Lakhs each, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,736.30 Crores, for a period of 29 days. The listing application will be made to BSE Limited and is expected to be listed by September 3, 2026.
