Rossari Biotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Rossari Biotech rose 33.48% to Rs 45.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 34.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.17% to Rs 684.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 579.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 9.41% to Rs 149.21 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 136.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Rossari Biotech has allotted 8,250 equity shares under ESOP on 27 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 11,07,83,232 consisting of 55391616 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
