EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 83591% to Rs 1680.85 crore, and PBT jumped 177.04% to Rs 1337.6 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 200.14 crore in FY26, as against Rs 613.75 crore in FY25. Emmvee Photovoltaic Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
