Deep Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 July 2026.

Deep Industries has received a Letter of Award for charter hiring services for gas Compression from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation at Lakhmani GGS-5, Assam Asset for a period of three years. The total estimated value of the said award is approximately Rs 83.81 crore.

Deep Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
