Acutaas Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Acutaas Chemicals rose 110.88% to Rs 131.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 62.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 40.28% to Rs 432.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 308.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 124.47% to Rs 356.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 158.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
