Add-Shop E-Retail Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 12, 2026, to September 19, 2026, both days inclusive, for the Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of August 21, 2026, to determine shareholders for sending notice and to participate in E-Voting of the 13th AGM.
