A B Infrabuild Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the record date for determining eligible shareholders for dividend and Annual General Meeting will be Monday, 21st September, 2026, with dividend payments subject to tax deductions as applicable.

A B Infrabuild Limited will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through video conferencing, and the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, for the purpose of dividend and the AGM.

A B Infrabuild will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

A B Infrabuild announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.006 per equity Share (i.e. 0.6%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales rose 16.98% to Rs 83.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 71.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 19.98% to Rs 19.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
