Vivid Mercantile Limited informed BSE Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, noting that no security certificates were received for dematerialization and/or rematerialization during that period.
