Flair Writing Industries announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 August 2026.

Flair Writing Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Flair Writing Industries has secured fresh orders worth Rs 20 crore from large format stores in its Creative and Steel Bottles & Houseware division. These orders are to be executed in the next 90 days.

Flair Writing Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Flair Writing Industries rose 16.15% to Rs 35.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.35% to Rs 322.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 298.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 16.90% to Rs 139.79 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 119.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.77% to Rs 1250.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1079.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
