Wonder Electricals Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Ajay Kumar Singh & Co. as Cost Auditor for the fiscal year 2026-27 and M/s. Mukul Gupta & Co. as Internal Auditor for the same period.

Wonder Electricals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Wonder Electricals declined 38.26% to Rs 7.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
