CCL International Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting along with the Board’s Report for the financial year ended 2025-26, scheduling the meeting for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means, and appointed M/s. Richa Dhamija & Company as Scrutinizer for the e-voting procedures, M/s. Shivam Kansal & Co. as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, and M/s N K Solanki & CO. as internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27.

Net profit of CCL International declined 51.80% to Rs 1.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.08% to Rs 33.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 36.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 31.94% to Rs 0.95 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
