EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 2816% to Rs 146.78 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 7.47% to Rs 246.61 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 37.41 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.0 crore in FY25. Spencers Retail Ltd nosedived by 43.45% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
