RPSG Ventures Ltd share price slipped 2% to Rs 884.9 after the company`s net profit tanked by 451.51% to Rs 253.09 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 22.19% to Rs 3576.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/ Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 38836.42 crore, rising by 10.98%. It has eased by 4.46% over last one week and rose by 14.05% in last one month while the market capitalization of RPSG Ventures Ltd has softened by 3.79% and 5.52% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of RPSG Ventures Ltd stood at Rs 309.94 crore in Q2 FY26, slipping 0.02% year-on-year, and rallying 407.43% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 719 crore, jumping 22.85% YoY and expanding by 101.06% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 10.39% to Rs 2968.91 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 93.77 crore, soaring by 42.49% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1591.74 crore, easing 0.71% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 17.85% to Rs 11323.1 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 98.99% to Rs 1.66 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 145214% to Rs 1563.6 crore, and PBT tumbled by 26.17% to Rs 276.29 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1233.4 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1097.5 crore in FY25. RPSG Ventures Ltd declined by 0.03% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

RPSG Ventures will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.
