Jonjua Overseas Limited has fixed a record date of September 4, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, for a bonus issue of 79,55,966 shares, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The deemed date of allotment will be September 7, 2026, with the bonus shares expected to be available for trading on September 8, 2026.
