Filatex Fashions Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with September 23, 2026, set as the cut-off date for remote e-voting.
