Marg Techno Projects Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.

Marg Techno Projects Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that e-voting will commence at 9:00 am on September 27, 2026, and end at 5:00 pm on September 29, 2026, with the results to be declared on or before October 3, 2026, in connection with the company`s Annual General Meeting scheduled for 11:00 am on September 30, 2026. The cut-off date for the meeting is September 23, 2026, and the book closure period will be from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, both days inclusive.
