Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited announced that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on September 2, 2026, where they approved the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for the financial year 2025-26, scheduled for September 29, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and approved the appointment of M/s G P Reddy & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years up to FY 2029-30.
