Unitech International Limited will hold its 6th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting on September 2, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. through video conferencing, as disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.

Unitech International Limited disclosed that the 15th meeting of its Committee of Creditors (CoC) is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. through video conferencing, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.

Unitech International Limited informed the BSE that the 14th meeting of its Committee of Creditors, initially scheduled for August 7, 2026, was deferred and subsequently rescheduled to August 11, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. via video conferencing, where the Committee of Creditors approved a resolution to seek a 60-day extension of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process from the National Company Law Tribunal, while deferring a vote on CIRP expenses incurred by the Resolution Professional.

Unitech International Limited informed the BSE that its Committee of Creditors approved resolutions at a meeting held on July 8, 2026, including ratifying Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) expenses, approving professional fees for an accountant, appointing legal counsel for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) proceedings, appointing a firm for statutory and secretarial compliances during CIRP, ratifying professional fees and appointing a statutory auditor.

Uni tech International Limited, under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, announced that the fourth meeting of its Committee of Creditors, initially scheduled for August 7, 2026, and subsequently rescheduled for August 10, 2026, has been further postponed to Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. through video conferencing.
