Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, acting as manager to Embassy Office Parks REIT, announced that its Borrowings Committee approved the allotment of Rs 400 crore of listed, rated, redeemable, transferable, rupee-denominated Commercial Papers, designated as “CP Tranche XI Issue,” on a private placement basis, with a tenure of 91 days and a yield of 6.75%. The Commercial Papers are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

Embassy Office Parks REIT (NSE: EMBASSY / BSE: 542602), India’s first listed REIT, will be included in the Nifty 500 and Nifty Midcap 150 indices, effective September 30, 2026, according to a review by NSE Indices Limited, making it the only REIT in the Nifty Midcap 150. The inclusion, alongside several other broad-based NSE indices, expands investor access and visibility for the REIT, which owns and operates over 52 million square feet of office spaces across India.

Embassy Office Parks REIT announced that CRISIL Ratings (CRISIL) has revalidated the credit rating of CRISIL A1+ for the commercial papers issued/ to be issued by Embassy REIT.
