Sai Capital Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the company’s insider trading regulations, and will remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of financial results for the second quarter of financial year 2026-27 ending September 30, 2026.

Sai Capital Ltd share price slipped 3.40% to Rs 149.0. The Company`s net profit jumped 46.55% to Rs 3.4 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 64.29% to Rs 0.23 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Diversified Commercial Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 91644.35 crore, easing 6.97%. It has softened by 1.21% over last one week and moving up by 10.99% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sai Capital Ltd has inched up 1.08% and 0.83% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Sai Capital Ltd stood at Rs 4.88 crore in Q2 FY26, improving 10.91% year-on-year, and jumping 37.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 7 crore, rising 3.13% YoY and expanding by 26.05% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 6.34% to Rs 1.51 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.01 crore, remained flat YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.34 crore, registering a growth of 9.68% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 26.42% to Rs 0.67 crore, while net profit expanded by 15.87% to Rs 12.56 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 2788% to Rs 27.01 crore, and PBT improved 11.34% to Rs 18.26 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 52.07 crore in FY26, as against Rs 61.37 crore in FY25. Sai Capital Ltd crashed 49.93% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Sai Capital will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.
