Sudarshan Pharma Industries Limited informed the BSE that the proposal to acquire 9.50% equity shares of common stock of Med Therapy Biotechnology Inc., USA, and 1.50% each of the equity shares of common stock of Med Therapy by Chairman & Managing Director Hemal Mehta and Joint Managing Director Sachin Mehta, is currently under due diligence and pending confirmation from the Med Therapy Board of Directors decision and Board of Directors resolution.
