Digicontent Limited announced the allotment of 61,350 equity shares of Rs 2 each under the “Digicontent Limited - Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2025,” following a resolution passed by the company’s board of directors on October 6, 2026. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of Digicontent Limited increased from Rs 11,63,74,156 divided into 5,81,87,078 equity shares to Rs 11,64,96,856 divided into 5,82,48,428 equity shares.
