Shree Refrigerations Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Rucha Ravalnath Shende (DIN: 11546908) as a Whole-Time Director for a term of 3 years, commencing from February 23, 2026, and ending on February 22, 2029, liable to retire by rotation, according to a regulatory filing on September 2, 2026. Ms. Shende is the daughter of Mr. Ravalnath Gopinath Shende, Managing Director, and Ms. Rajashri Ravalnath Shende, Whole-Time Director of the company, and sister of Ms. Devashree Vishwesh Nampurkar, also a Whole-Time Director.

Shree Refrigerations Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, “Aquilon Deep Chill Limited,” in Karad, Satara, Maharashtra, India, with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 5,00,00,000. The new subsidiary will focus on designing, manufacturing, assembling, supplying, installing, commissioning, servicing, repairing, importing, exporting and dealing in chillers, heat pumps, refrigeration, cooling, heating and HVAC systems.

Shree Refrigerations announced that the 20th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 28 August 2026.

Shree Refrigerations will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 July 2026.

Shree Refrigerations has received two purchase orders totalling Rs 2.54 crore from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders for the supply of the following goods: �h - OBS Spare and B & D Spare for AC Plant �h - FCU Repair, maintenance & installation
