DC Infotech & Communication announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 1%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of DC Infotech & Communication rose 52.15% to Rs 5.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. The board of DC Infotech & Communication at its meeting held on 12 February 2026 has approved conversion of 4 lakh convertible warrants into 4 lakh equity shares of the company on receipt of balance 75% of the consideration value.
