RO Jewels Limited announced that its board approved Wednesday, September 30, 2026, as the date for its 8th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and approved the company’s annual report for the financial year 2025-26. The board also appointed M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five financial years through FY 2030-31 and M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor for five financial years through FY 2030-31, both appointments subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.

RO Jewels Limited informed the BSE Limited on September 8, 2026, that CS Priyanshi Jain has resigned as the company`s Secretarial Auditor, effective immediately, due to personal and unavoidable reasons. The resignation was tendered via a letter dated September 8, 2026, and the company’s board of directors will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor, a process that will be communicated to the stock exchange as per SEBI regulations.
