Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd share price gained 0.26% to Rs 228.75 after the company`s net profit surged by 78.73% to Rs 7.31 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 29.52% to Rs 85.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.29 lakh crore, crashing by 17.38%. It has slipped by 0.59% over last one week and crept higher by 0.56% in last one month while the market capitalization of Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd has improved by 2.60% and 11.21% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd stood at Rs 10.28 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 44.88% year-on-year, and jumping 65.01% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 10 crore, plunging by 46.05% YoY and surging by 65.01% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 34.52% to Rs 75.69 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 23.95 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 27.12% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.77 crore, tanking by 13.49% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 23.34% to Rs 520.09 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 6.44% to Rs 69.43 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 8560% to Rs 90.34 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 4.42% to Rs 93.64 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1.78 crore in FY26, as against Rs 20.57 crore in FY25. Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd nosedived by 8.17% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.

Likhitha Infrastructure announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 22 July 2026.
