Atal Realtech Limited will hold a board meeting on September 02, 2026, to approve the annual report and auditor’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider the notice for the 14th Annual General Meeting, among other matters including the appointment of an internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and a scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Atal Realtech has postponed the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 6 August 2026. The meeting will now be held on 12 August 2026.
