Skyline Ventures India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.

Skyline Ventures India Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors, in a meeting held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, took note of the status of CP No. 53/241/HBD/2025 & IA (CA) 26/2026 before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Hyderabad, where an IA has been withdrawn and the matter is next listed for hearing on October 6, 2026, and Section 7 IBC petition (CP -(IB) No. 187/7/HBD/2025) filed by Raj Breeders and Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd., also before the NCLT Hyderabad, where CIRP has not been initiated and is next listed for hearing on October 6, 2026; the board also approved the initiation of further steps regarding a pending order from the High Court for the State of Telangana directing the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, to protect the interests of shareholders.
