IRM Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

IRM Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of IRM Energy rose 190.66% to Rs 12.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
