Advait Energy Transitions has received a turnkey contract worth Rs 52.57 crore from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company for conversion of existing 11 kV HT & LT line network into underground cable network at Ranavav - Porbandar Circle Under PGVCL (Package-58).

Advait Energy Transitions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
