Anuj Gupta & Associates as the scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM, an increase in the authorized share capital from Rs 15,01,00,000 to Rs 65,01,00,000, and enhancement of the limits for making investments, giving loans or guarantees and providing securities up to Rs 15 crore, subject to shareholder approval.
