Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years and approved the sale of its entire 7,00,400 equity shares, representing 100% of the paid-up share capital, in Victoria Investments Company Limited to Mr. Ketan Kirtikumar Shah, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Victoria Investments Company Limited contributed Rs 2,08,860 to the company`s consolidated income and Rs 2,43,36,630 to its net worth during the last financial year.

Tivoli Construction Limited will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the company’s registered office, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, both days inclusive, as announced to the BSE Limited.

Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years, and a proposal for the sale/transfer/divestment of the company’s shareholding in Victoria Investments Company Limited, a material subsidiary, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder approval.
