Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited informed the exchanges on September 4, 2026, that it is considering raising funds through the issuance of various types of debt securities, including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and will seek a specific board approval at a meeting scheduled for September 8, 2026, followed by shareholder approval where required, within the existing borrowing limit of Rs 1,200 Crores approved on March 15, 2026.

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd share price inched up 4.14% to Rs 2707.9 after the company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 166.68% to Rs 62.75 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 70.67% to Rs 115.41 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Dredging industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 7253.57 crore, jumping 70.67%. It has marginally improved by 4.81% over last one week and jumped by 35.80% in last one month while the market capitalization of Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd has improved by 7.30% and 42.37% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd stood at Rs 65.33 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 386.81% year-on-year, and rallying 276.98% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 70 crore, surging by 262.23% YoY and rallying 776.40% sequentially. Total expenses reduced by 14.99% to Rs 48.22 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 3.66 crore, inching up 6.71% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 22.70% to Rs 200.71 crore, while net profit surged by 62.46% to Rs 49.6 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 4891% to Rs 73.01 crore, and PBT surged 52.45% to Rs 62.2 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 58.21 crore in FY26, as against Rs 38.36 crore in FY25. Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd surged by 217.20% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.
