BlackBuck Limited announced the allotment of 17,143 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each to employees under the BlackBuck Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOP 2016) and BlackBuck Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019 (ESOP 2019), following a circular resolution by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on August 25, 2026; 1,387 shares were allotted under ESOP 2016 and 15,756 under ESOP 2019, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 18,21,50,052 to Rs 18,21,67,195.

Blackbuck Ltd share price declined by 0.02% to Rs 570.35 after the company`s net profit tanked by 35.84% to Rs 42.17 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 10.11% to Rs 204.17 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 33 crore, rallying 36.66% YoY and gaining 7.99% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 12.22% to Rs 176.99 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 42.56 crore, inching up 4.21% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 43.72% to Rs 426.73 crore, while net profit plunged by 77.08% to Rs 38.28 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 17036% to Rs 57.55 crore, and PBT soared 69.50% to Rs 282.92 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 58.33 crore in FY26, as against Rs 44.55 crore in FY25. Blackbuck Ltd slipped 0.83% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.

BlackBuck announced that the 11th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 18 September 2026.

Blackbuck has approved the grant of stock options equivalent to 50,308 equity shares granted under BlackBuck Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOP 2016) to the eligible employees.
