Blackbuck has allotted 60,974 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 18,21,38,576/-.

Blackbuck has allotted 1,81,197 equity shares under ESOP on 25 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 18,20,77,602/-.

Net profit of Blackbuck declined 76.54% to Rs 65.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 280.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
