Storage Technologies and Automation Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the purpose of the company`s 16th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 26, 2026, in Bangalore.

Storage Technologies and Automation Limited announced several key leadership changes effective November 2, 2026. Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor was reappointed Managing Director for a term through November 1, 2028, while Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri remains Chairman and Executive Director for the same period. Syed Azeem has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and reappointed as a Whole Time Director, also with a term ending November 1, 2028. S. K. Samim Riaz joins the company as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Dor and Mr. Khatri are brothers. ABM&Associates was re-appointed as the company’s Practicing Company Secretaries. Syed Azeem holds 720,000 shares in the company, and Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor holds 1,350,000 shares.

Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri has been re-appointed Chairman and Executive Director, and Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor re-appointed Managing Director, both for two-year terms effective November 2, 2026, until November 1, 2028. SK Samim Riaz has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2, 2026, bringing over 22 years of experience in financial management. Khatri and Dor are brothers. ABM & Associates and MUV & Co. have been re-appointed as statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27, effective September 1, 2026, providing services including audit, compliance, and corporate law matters.

Storage Technologies and Automation Limited has set September 19, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting related to the company’s 16th Annual General Meeting, with e-voting commencing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 09:00 AM and concluding on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 05:00 PM.

Storage Technologies & Automation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.
