Kamdhenu Ventures Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for its promoters, promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and connected persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
