Dollex Agrotech Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in India, named Dollex Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd., which will operate in the renewable energy and allied sectors, including biogas, Compressed Biogas (CBG), bioenergy, biomethane, renewable gaseous fuels, organic fertilizers and bio-fertilizers. The initial subscribed and paid-up share capital will be Rs 100,000, with Dollex Agrotech Limited subscribing to 9,999 equity shares at Rs 10 per share, totaling Rs 99,990, and holding a 99.999% stake, while one share will be held by an individual nominee.

Dollex Agrotech Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchanges of India that it is closing the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities for all directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, and it will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, by the company`s board of directors.

Dollex Agrotech announced that the 13th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 August 2026.

Net profit of Dollex Agrotech declined 26.86% to Rs 1.28 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 1.75 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
