Shri Venkatesh Refineries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, both days inclusive, for determining the eligibility of members to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-2026, if declared at the ensuing AGM, with September 24, 2026, as the record date and Benpos taking on September 24, 2026, for payment of dividend.

Shri Venkatesh Refineries Limited (SVRL) will close its register of members and share transfer books from Wednesday, September 24, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, for its Annual General Meeting and to determine eligibility for dividend payments related to the financial year 2025-2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company has set Thursday, September 24, 2026, as the record date for remote e-voting to ascertain shareholders eligible to vote electronically at the AGM.

Shri Venkatesh Refineries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board met on September 7, 2026, and approved material related party transactions, the company’s annual report including director reports and annexures, the date, time, and location of the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM), and appointed M/s Nitin Sharma & Co. as scrutinizer for the AGM, along with a secretarial auditor, a cost accountant, and an internal auditor, and approved a shift of the registered office subject to member and exchange approvals.

Shri Venkatesh Refineries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
