Aashka Hospitals Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited.

Aashka Hospitals Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialisation were processed within the stipulated time limit and that Accurate Securities & Registry Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), has substituted the name of the depository(ies) in the security holder`s list.

Aashka Hospitals Limited announced on August 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors has decided not to incorporate the proposed subsidiary company, Aashka – Rhyth m Hospitals Private Limited, following an earlier intimation dated July 28, 2026.
