Aashka Hospitals Limited announced on August 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors has decided not to incorporate the proposed subsidiary company, Aashka – Rhyth m Hospitals Private Limited, following an earlier intimation dated July 28, 2026. The board also approved the Board’s Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, re-appointed Mr. Bipinchandra D. Shah as Chairman and Managing Director for a further term of 3 years, and approved the Notice of the 14th Annual General Meeting.
