NMDC Steel Limited informed the BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that it has received a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents, M/s Aarthi Consultants Pvt. Ltd., for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

NMDC Steel Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s internal code of conduct.

NMDC Steel Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Ashish Chatterjee has ceased to be a Government Director on the company’s board, effective the forenoon of August 24, 2026, following an order from the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, dated August 27, 2026.

NMDC Steel will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of NMDC Steel reported to Rs 391.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 473.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 36.67% to Rs 3879.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2838.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 58.72 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 2373.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
