HP Adhesives announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of HP Adhesives reported to Rs 2.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 3.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 12.61% to Rs 57.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 66.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 61.73% to Rs 6.98 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
