Gretex Corporate Services announced that the 18th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

Gretex Corporate Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.7 per equity Share (i.e. 7%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
